The Grandville store at 3850 Rivertown Pkwy was included in the 14 locations heading to the chopping block this year. The closures span 12 states including California, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington.

The RiverTown Crossings location lost its Macy's anchor store at the end of March. The closure is part of a larger corporate strategy that was first announced in 2024 and was planned to take place by the end of 2026.

Macy's hopes to halt closures by 2027 according to company planning. This year could be the last chance for customers to grab closeout deals from shuttering locations.
