# Cascade Bridge Renamed to Honor Veterans in East Grand Rapids Ceremony

Veterans Memorial Bridge Dedication Set for May 11

Community members and local leaders will gather on May 11 at noon for a dedication ceremony honoring military veterans by renaming the Cascade Road Bridge the Cascade Veterans Memorial Bridge in East Grand Rapids.

The McDonald-Osmer American Legion Post 451 is partnering with the community on the effort to create a lasting tribute to those who served and sacrificed.

Community members, veterans and local leaders will gather May 11 at noon for a dedication ceremony naming the Cascade Road Bridge the Cascade Veterans Memorial Bridge.
